Supreme Court On Gyanvapi Mosque Survey: সুপ্রিম কোর্টে খারিজ স্থগিতাদেশের আর্জি, কাটল জ্ঞানবাপী মসজিদে জরিপ নিয়ে জটিলতা!
হিন্দু পক্ষের আবেদনের ভিত্তিতে বৃহস্পতিবার এলাহাবাদ হাইকোর্ট জ্ঞানবাপী মসজিদে এএসআইয়ের বিজ্ঞানভিত্তিক জরিপে সায় দিয়েছিল। এরপর বৃহস্পতিবারই এই রায়ের বিরোধিতা করে সুপ্রিম কোর্টে মামলা করে আঞ্জুমান ইন্তেজামিয়া মসজিদ কমিটি।
নয়াদিল্লি: হিন্দু পক্ষের আবেদনের ভিত্তিতে বৃহস্পতিবার এলাহাবাদ হাইকোর্ট জ্ঞানবাপী মসজিদে (Gyanvapi mosque) এএসআইয়ের (Archaeological Survey of India) বিজ্ঞানভিত্তিক জরিপে (scientific survey) সায় দিয়েছিল। এরপর বৃহস্পতিবারই এই রায়ের বিরোধিতা করে সুপ্রিম কোর্টে (Supreme Court) মামলা করে আঞ্জুমান ইন্তেজামিয়া মসজিদ কমিটি।
এএসআইয়ের সার্ভের উপর স্থগিতাদেশ (stay) জারির আবেদন জানায়। তার ভিত্তিতে সুপ্রিম কোর্ট শুক্রবার এই মামলারটি শুনানি করবে বলে জানায়। আর শুক্রবার উভয়পক্ষের বক্তব্য শোনার পর স্থগিতাদেশের আর্জি খারিজ করে দিল দেশের সর্বোচ্চ আদালত। পরিষ্কার জানিয়ে দিল জ্ঞানবাপী মসজিদে এএসআইয়ের বিজ্ঞানভিত্তিক সার্ভের ফলে কোনও ক্ষতি (damage) হওয়ার সম্ভাবনা নেই। তাই তারা এলাহাবাদ হাইকোর্টের রায়ে স্থগিতাদেশ জারি করবে না।

এপ্রসঙ্গে আদালতের তরফে জানানো হয়, এএসআইয়ের পক্ষ থেকে স্পষ্টভাবে জানানো হয়েছে মসজিদ চত্বরে সম্পূর্ণ জরিপটি হবে কোনওরকম খোঁড়াখুঁড়ি ছাড়াই (excavation) এবং বর্তমান কাঠামোর কোনও ক্ষতি না করেই পুরো বিষয়টি সম্পন্ন করা হবে। বিজ্ঞানভিত্তিক জরিপের কাজটি পুরোপুরি আক্রমণাত্মক পদ্ধতি ছাড়াই (non-invasive methodology) সম্পন্ন করা হবে। এএসআইকে খনন না করার বিষয়ে এলাহাবাদ হাইকোর্ট যে নির্দেশ দিয়েছে আমরা তাই বহাল রাখছি।
