Ban On Gutka/Tobacco Back In Delhi: দিল্লিতে নিষিদ্ধই থাকছে গুটখা ও পানমশলা জাতীয় পণ্য
ভারতের রাজধানী দিল্লিতে নিষিদ্ধই থাকছে সুগন্ধী তামাকজাত দ্রব্য, গুটখা ও পানমশলা জাতীয় পণ্যের উৎপাদন, মজুদ, সরবরাহ ও বিক্রি করা।
নয়াদিল্লি: ভারতের রাজধানী দিল্লিতে (Indian Capital Delhi) নিষিদ্ধই (Ban) থাকছে সুগন্ধী তামাকজাত দ্রব্য (flavored tobacco), গুটখা (Gutka) ও পানমশলা (Pan Masala) জাতীয় পণ্যের উৎপাদন (manufacture), মজুদ (storage), সরবরাহ (distribution) ও বিক্রি করা (sale)।
এই বিষয়ে দিল্লি হাইকোর্টের (Delhi HC) সিঞ্চল বেঞ্চ ২০২২ সালের ২৭ সেপ্টেম্বর যে রায় দিয়েছিল তাই বজায় রাখল দিল্লি হাইকোর্টের প্রধান বিচারপতির ডিভিশন বেঞ্চ (Division Bench headed by Chief Justice of Delhi)। এই বিষয়ে ডিভিশন বেঞ্চের কাছে জমা পড়া সমস্ত আবেদন খারিজ করে দিয়ে এই ধরনের পণ্যের উৎপাদন, মজুদ রাখা ও সরবরাহ করা নিষিদ্ধই রাখল আদালত।

Ministry of Health and Family Welfare in the Union Government together with the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi have preferred the appeals. Since 2015, seven notifications were issued by the Commissioner of Food Safety.
