Defence Minister Rajnath Singh: ২০৪৭ সালে বিশ্বের ১ নম্বর অর্থনীতি হবে ভারত, দাবি রাজনাথ সিংয়ের

প্রয়াগরাজ: ২০৪৭ সালে ভারতের অর্থনীতি (India's economy) বিশ্বের একনম্বর স্থানে পৌঁছে যাবে। শুক্রবার উত্তরপ্রদেশের প্রয়াগরাজে (Prayagraj) একটি অনুষ্ঠানে গিয়ে এই দাবিই করলেন দেশের প্রতিরক্ষা মন্ত্রী রাজনাথ সিং (Defence Minister Rajnath Sing)।

সাংবাদিকদের মুখোমুখি হয়ে তিনি বলেন, "পাকিস্তান (Pakistan) বা পাকিস্তান অধিকৃত কাশ্মীরের (POK) বাসিন্দারা (residents) কোনও সমস্যার মধ্যে থাকুন এটা আমরা কোনওদিনই চাই না। ভারতই হল বিশ্বের মধ্যে একমাত্র দেশ যেখানে ভারতীয়দের পাশাপাশি বিদেশি নাগরিকদেরও সমান পরিষেবা দেওয়া হয়। এখন ভারতের অর্থনীতি প্রথম পাঁচে রয়েছে এবং আগামী ২০৪৭ সালে পুরো পৃথিবীর মধ্যে এক নম্বর স্থানে পৌঁছে যাবে।"
