২০২৪ সালের লোকসভা নির্বাচনে কংগ্রেসকে ছাড়াই গড়ে উঠতে চলেছে বিজেপি বিরোধী ঐক্য! শুক্রবার বিকেলে কলকাতায় পশ্চিমবঙ্গের মুখ্যমন্ত্রী মমতা বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায়ের কালীঘাটের বাড়িতে গিয়ে তাঁর সঙ্গে দেখা করেন উত্তরপ্রদেশের প্রাক্তন মুখ্যমন্ত্রী ও সমাজবাদী পার্টির প্রধান অখিলেশ সিং যাদব।
কলকাতা: ২০২৪ সালের লোকসভা নির্বাচনে (Lok Sabha election 2024) কংগ্রেসকে (Congress) ছাড়াই গড়ে উঠতে চলেছে বিজেপি বিরোধী ঐক্য! শুক্রবার বিকেলে কলকাতায় পশ্চিমবঙ্গের মুখ্যমন্ত্রী মমতা বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায়ের (West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee) কালীঘাটের (Kalighat) বাড়িতে গিয়ে তাঁর সঙ্গে দেখা করেন উত্তরপ্রদেশের প্রাক্তন মুখ্যমন্ত্রী ও সমাজবাদী পার্টির প্রধান অখিলেশ সিং যাদব (Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav)। আর তারপরই কংগ্রেস (Congress) ও বিজেপির (BJP) থেকে সমদূরত্ব বজায় রেখে তাঁরা ২০২৪ সালের লোকসভা নির্বাচনে বিরোধী ঐক্য গড়তে চলেছে বলে ইঙ্গিত দিলেন অখিলেশ।

মমতার সঙ্গে বৈঠকের পর বাইরে বেরিয়ে এসে সাংবাদিকদের মুখোমুখি হয়ে সমাজবাদী পার্টির প্রধান বলেন, "কংগ্রেস নির্বাচনের সময় কী ভূমিকায় থাকবে আগে তা ঠিক করুক। দেশের বিভিন্ন রাজ্যের মুখ্যমন্ত্রীরা (CMs of many states) একটি জোট (coalition) তৈরি করে একসঙ্গে কাজ করার চেষ্টা করছেন। তেলেঙ্গানার মুখ্যমন্ত্রী কে চন্দ্রশেখর রাও (Telangana CM KCR) চেষ্টা করছেন, স্ট্যালিন (Stalin) চেষ্টা করছেন, চেষ্টা চালাচ্ছেন বিহারের মুখ্যমন্ত্রী (Bihar CM) এবং মমতাও। পরে এই জোটের নাম আলোচনা করে ঠিক করা হবে।"

এরপর কেন্দ্রের ক্ষমতায় আসীন বিজেপিকে তীব্র আক্রমণ করেন অখিলেশ বলেন, "বেকারত্ব (Unemployment) ও মানুষের জীবনযাপনের খরচ (cost of living) অনেক বেড়ে গেছে এবং কৃষকরা লড়াই করছেন (struggling)। বিজেপি ট্রিলিয়ন ডলার অর্থনীতির (trillion dollar economy) স্বপ্ন ( dreams) দেখাচ্ছে কিন্তু, কবে যুবরা চাকরি পাবেন? ২০২৪ সালের নির্বাচন সম্পর্কে আগামীকালের মিটিংয়ে আলোচনা হবে।"
