সমাজের সব স্তরের জন্য এই বাজেট। বিশেষ করে যুব, কৃষক, জনজাতি,উপজাতির উপরে জোর দেওয়া হয়েছে এই বাজেটে।বিশেষ করে উপজাতি গোষ্ঠীর সামাজিক-অর্থনৈতিক অবস্থার উন্নতির জন্য, পিএমপিবিটিজি ডেভেলপমেন্ট মিশন চালু করা হবে এবং চেষ্টা করা হবে পিবিটিজি (PBTG) বাসস্থানগুলিকে মৌলিক সুবিধা দিয়ে পরিপূর্ণ করতে। আগামী ৩ বছরে প্রকল্প বাস্তবায়নের জন্য ১৫০০০ কোটি টাকা বরাদ্দ করা হবে বলেও জানান নির্মলা সীতারমণ।

এছাড়া আদিবাসী পড়ুয়াদের মধ্যে শিক্ষার আলো ছড়িয়ে দিতে একলব্য মডেল রেসিডেনসিয়াল স্কুল তৈরি করা হবে দেশে। আগামী তিন বছরে ৭৪০ টি স্কুলের জন্য ৩৮,৮০০ শিক্ষক ও সাপোর্ট স্টাফ নিয়োগ করবে কেন্দ্র। প্রায় ৩.৫ লক্ষ জনজাতি সম্প্রদায়ের পড়ুয়াদের সুবিধা হবে বলে জানান অর্থমন্ত্রী।
