NEET-UG 2024: পরীক্ষা বাতিল করলে লক্ষাধিক সৎ পরীক্ষার্থীর ভাগ্য নষ্ট হবে, সুপ্রিম কোর্টে হলফনামা কেন্দ্রের
নিট পরীক্ষা বাতিল করা সম্ভব নয়। শুক্রবার কেন্দ্রের তরফ থেকে সুপ্রিম কোর্টে হলফনামার জমা দেয় কেন্দ্র।
সেখানে আদালতকে জানানো হয়, নিট-ইউজি ২০২৪-এ সেরকম বড়সড় দুর্নীতির প্রমাণ মেলেনি। সেই কারণে সম্পূর্ণরূপে পরীক্ষা বাতিল বা পুনরায় পরীক্ষা নেওয়া কোনও যুক্তিসঙ্গত বিষয় নয়। পাশাপাশি হলফনামায় এও বলা হয় যে, পরীক্ষা বাতিল হলে লক্ষাধিক এমন পরীক্ষার্থী রয়েছেন যাঁরা সৎভাবে পরীক্ষা দিয়েছে তাঁদের ভবিষ্যত নষ্ট হয়ে যাবে। ফলে তাঁদের ভাগ্য নষ্ট করা অনুচিত বলে মনে করে কেন্দ্র সরকার।
