সুস্মিতা সেনের (Sushmita Sen) দুই মেয়ে রেনে এবং আলিশা। তিনি আনার নতুন করে কোনও সন্তান দত্তক নেননি। তাঁর দুই মেয়ের সঙ্গে যে ছোট্ট ছেলেটিকে দেখা যাচ্ছে, সে তাঁর 'গডসন' (Godson)। ছোট্ট ছেলেটির নাম অ্যামাডাস। শুধু তাই নয়, অ্যামাডাসের মা শ্রীজয়াও ফটোসেশনের সময় তাঁদের সঙ্গে ছিলেন বলে জানান সুস্মিতা সেন।
