Karnataka High Court: স্ত্রীর মোবাইল থেকে তথ্য বের করার অর্থ গোপণীয়তায় আঘাত, জানাল কর্ণাটক হাইকোর্ট
স্ত্রীর (Wife) মোবাইল ফোনে কী আছে, কার নম্বর রয়েছে,তা জানতে চাওয়া গোপণীয়তায় আঘাত।এবার এমনই জানাল কর্ণাটক হাইকোর্ট। কর্ণাটক হাইকোর্টের (Karnataka Highcourt) তরফে জানানো হয়, স্ত্রীর ফোন দেখে সেখান থেকে কিছু জানতে চাওয়ার মানে অন্যের গোপণীয়তায় আঘাত করা। সম্প্রতি এক ব্যক্তি কর্ণাটক হাইকোর্টে পিটিশন পাইল করেন। সেই মামলার প্রেক্ষিতেই বিচারক এম নাগাপ্রসন্ন জানান, কখনওই স্ত্রীর ফোনে হাত দিয়ে সেখান থেকে তথ্য বের করার চেষ্টা করতে পারেন না স্বামী। কোনওভাবেই স্ত্রীর ফোন ঘেঁটে সেখান থেকে তথ্য বের করার অধিকার স্বামীর নেই।
