NCW : শ্লীলতাহানির অভিযোগে সরকারি কর্মীর শাস্তির দাবিতে দিল্লি হাইকোর্টে চিঠি মুখ্য সচিব রেখা শর্মা
সম্প্রতি সোশ্যাল মিডিয়াতে একটি ভিডিও ভাইরাল হয়, যেখানে বিচার বিভাগে কর্মরত এক সরকারি কর্মচারীকে একজন মহিলার শ্লীলতাহানির করতে দেখা যায়। আর সেই ভিডিওটিকে ভিত্তি করে ন্যাশনাল কমিশনার ফর ওম্যান(National Commission For Women) এর মুখ্য সচিব রেখা শর্মা(Rekha Sharma) দিল্লি হাইকোর্টে রেজিস্ট্রার জেনারেলের কাছে একটি চিঠি লেখেন। চিঠিতে তিনি ভিডিওটির সত্যতা যাচাই করে, অভিযুক্তকে ৭দিনের মধ্যে কঠোর শাস্তির দেওয়ার দাবি জানান।শুক্রবার NCW মুখ্য সচিব রেখা শর্মা ঘোষণা করেন যে, সরকারি বেসরকারি সকল কর্মক্ষেত্র থেকে শুরু করে শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠান, কোনো স্থানে নারীদের শ্লীলতাহানির সম্মুখীন হতে হলে, ২০১৩ সালের যৌনহয়রানি বিরুদ্ধে(POSH) আইনের ভিত্তিতে অভিযুক্তকে কঠোর শাস্তি দেওয়া হবে।
