West Bengal Flood: ঝাড়খণ্ডে বেশি বৃষ্টি হলেই অতিরিক্ত জল ছাড়া হয় বাংলায়, অভিযোগ মুখ্যমন্ত্রীর
ঝাড়খণ্ডে (Jharkhand) যখন বৃষ্টি হয়, সেই সময় অতিরিক্ত জল ছেড়ে দেওয়া হয় বাংলায় (West Bengal)। হাওড়া, হুগলী, মেদিনীপুরের বিস্তীর্ণ অঞ্চল বানভাসি হওয়ার পর এমনই অভিযোগ করলেন মুখ্যমন্ত্রী মমতা বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায় (Mamata Banerjee)। অতিরিক্ত জল যাতে ছাড়া না হয়, তার জন্য এবার বলা হয়েছিল। তা সত্ত্বেও ডিভিসি ৩ লক্ষ কিউসেক জল ছেড়ে বাংলায় বন্যা পরিস্থিতি তৈরি করেছে বলে মন্তব্য করেন মুখ্যমন্ত্রী। প্রসঙ্গত ২০০৯ সালে একবার ডিভিসি থেকে প্রচুর জল ছাড়া হয়। ২০০৯-এর পর এবার ফের সাড়ে ৩ লক্ষ কিউসেক জল ডিভিসির তরফে ছাড়া হয়। যার জেরে ভয়াবহ বন্যা পরিস্থিতি তৈরি হয় বাংলার বহু এলাকায়।
