ফরাসি কর্তৃপক্ষ ফ্রান্সের নিউ ক্যালেডোনিয়ায় রাতারাতি জরুরি অবস্থা জারি করেছে। ২০০ জনেরও বেশি আন্দোলনকারীকে গ্রেফতার করেছে।
প্যারিস: ফরাসি প্রেসিডেন্ট ইমানুয়েল ম্যাক্রোঁ নিউ ক্যালেডোনিয়ায় (New Caledonia) দাঙ্গা রোধে জরুরি অবস্থা (Emergency) জারি করেছেন। আন্দোলনকারীরা স্কুলসহ অসংখ্য বাড়ি জ্বালিয়ে দিয়েছে। বুধবার, দেশের হাইকমিশন জানিয়েছে, দাঙ্গায় ৬৪ জন পুলিশ আধিকারিক আহত হয়েছেন। চারজন নিহত হয়েছেন। দাঙ্গা রোধে ২০০-এর বেশি আন্দোলনকারীকে গ্রেফতার করা হয়েছে।
