সামনের সারিতে ছিলেন মহিলারা। হাতে পোস্টার এবং মোমবাতি নিয়ে প্রতিবাদ জানান তাঁরা। ন্যায়বিচারের দাবিতেই এই প্রতিবাদ বলে জানিয়েছেন পুজো উদ্যোক্তারা।
কলকাতাঃ উৎসবের(Festival) মাঝেও আর জি কর কাণ্ডের(RG Kar Rape and Murder Case) কথা ভোলেনি বাঙালি(Bengali)। একদিকে যখন সারা রাজ্যে উৎসব চলেছে অন্যদিকে শহরের এক প্রান্তে রাস্তায় বসে রয়েছেন অনশনকারী(Hunger Strike) জুনিয়র ডাক্তাররা। ন্যায় বিচারের দাবি জানাচ্ছেন আপামর রাজ্যবাসী। এ বার পুজোর মাঝেও ভেসে এল 'উই ওয়ান্ট জাস্টিস' স্লোগান। সোমবার রাতে শিলিগুড়ির গোয়েরকাটা সবুজ সঙ্ঘের প্রতিমা বিসর্জনের সময় প্রতিবাদে সামিল হন সকলে। সামনের সারিতে ছিলেন মহিলারা। হাতে পোস্টার এবং মোমবাতি নিয়ে প্রতিবাদ জানান তাঁরা। ন্যায়বিচারের দাবিতেই এই প্রতিবাদ বলে জানিয়েছেন পুজো উদ্যোক্তারা।
