মহালয়ার দিন মহাসমাবেশের ডাক দিয়েছিলেন জুনিয়র চিকিৎসকেরা। আর সেই কারণে কলকাতা তো বটেই, রাজ্যের বিভিন্ন প্রান্তের জুনিয়র ডাক্তাররা প্রতিবাদ মিছিল করে।
মহালয়ার দিন মহাসমাবেশের ডাক দিয়েছিলেন জুনিয়র চিকিৎসকেরা (Junior Doctors)। আর সেই কারণে কলকাতা তো বটেই, রাজ্যের বিভিন্ন প্রান্তের জুনিয়র ডাক্তাররা প্রতিবাদ মিছিল করে। বুধবার দক্ষিণবঙ্গ মেডিকেল কলেজ ও হাসপাতালের স্নাতক, স্নাতকোত্তর, জুনিয়র চিকিৎসক ও ইন্টার্নরা যৌথভাবে মহা মিছিলের ডাক দেয়। এদিন বিকেল থেকে মহা মিছিলে চিকিৎসকরা ছাড়াও যোগ দেন অসংখ্য সাধারণ মানুষ। হাতে মশাল নিয়ে মহা মিছিল করেন তাঁরা। আন্দোলনকারীদের গলায় একটাই স্বর, 'জাস্টিস ফর আরজি কর'।
