Supreme Court: হিজাবের ওপর নিষেধাজ্ঞা, মুম্বইয়ের কলেজের নির্দেশিকায় বিষ্ময়প্রকাশ সুপ্রিম কোর্টের

হিজাব পরে কলেজ প্রবেশ নিষেধ। মুম্বইয়ের একটি কলেজে এরকম বেনজির নির্দেশিকার কারণে সমস্যায় পড়েছেন মুসলিম পড়ুয়ারা। আর সেই কারণে সুপ্রিম কোর্টের (Supreme Court) দারস্থ তিন মহিলা পড়ুয়া। মৌলিক অধিকারের মধ্যে পড়ে শিক্ষার অধিকার। আর সেই অধিকার কেড়ে নেওয়া হচ্ছে এই দাবি নিয়ে সুবিচারের আশায় রয়েছে তাঁরা। শুক্রবার এই মামলার শুনানিতে কলেজের নির্দেশিকা দেখে বিষ্ময়প্রকাশ করেছেন বিচারপতি। যদিও এই প্রসঙ্গে এখনও কোনও মন্তব্য না করলেও কলেজের নির্দেশিকার ওপর আংশিক স্থগিতাদেশ দিয়েছে। তবে এও বলা হয়েছে যে ছাত্রীরা কী পরবে বা না পরবে সেটা তাঁদের ওপরেই ছেড়ে দেওয়া উচিত। কোনও শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠান শিক্ষার্থীদের পছন্দ অপছন্দ নির্ধারণ করতে পারে না।
