২০২২ সালের ৫ জানুয়ারি(বুধবার) ফিরোজপুরে একটি সভায় যাওয়ার কথা ছিল প্রধানমন্ত্রী মোদীর। সেইমতো হুসেইনওয়ালা থেকে ফিরোজপুরের উদ্দেশে রওনা দিয়েছিল মোদীর কনভয়। কিন্তু, মাঝপথে উড়ালপুলে কিষাণ মজদুর সংঘর্ষ কমিটির সদস্যদের বিক্ষোভের মুখে পড়ে যায় কনভয়।

এবার সেই ঘটনায় মুখ খুললেন লুধিয়ানার সাংসদ রবনীত সিং বিট্টু । তিনি অভিযোগ করেছেন যে কংগ্রেসের প্রাক্তন মুখ্যমন্ত্রী চরণজিৎ সিং চান্নি ২০২২ সালে পাঞ্জাবে প্রধানমন্ত্রী মোদীর নিরাপত্তা লঙ্ঘনের ঘটনায় জড়িত ছিলেন।তিনি বলেন, "প্রধানমন্ত্রীকে ফ্লাইওভারে থামাতে ১৫-২০ জন বিক্ষোভকারীকে মুখ্যমন্ত্রীই পাঠিয়েছিলেন।"
