লোকসভায় বক্তব্য রাখতে উঠে প্রধানমন্ত্রী নরেন্দ্র মোদী (Narendra Modi) একের পর এক আক্রমণ করেন বিরোধীদের। প্রধানমন্ত্রী যখন আক্রমণ শুরু করেন, বিরোধীরা প্রবল হইহট্টগোল জুড়়ে দেন। বিরোধীদের প্রবল হট্টগোলের মাঝে মোদী বলেন, ২০১৪ সালের আগে জঙ্গিরা যখন তখন ভারতে পরবেশ করে হামলা চালাত। যেখানে ইচ্ছা জঙ্গিরা হামলা চালাত আর তার জেরে নীরিহ মানুষের প্রাণ যেত। দেশের যে কোনও প্রান্তে হামলা চালাত জঙ্গিরা এবং সরকার চুপ করে হাত গুটিয়ে বসে থাকত বলে অভিযোগ করেন মোদী। কিন্তু ২০১৪ সালের পর থেকে ভারত শত্রুদের ঘরে প্রবেশ করে তাদের মারতে শুরু করে বলেও মন্তব্য করেন প্রধানমন্ত্রী।
