২০২০ সালে দুবাইতে বসবাসকারী ভারতীয় দম্পতি হীরেন আদিয়া এবং তাঁর স্ত্রী বিধিকে খুন করে ওই ব্যক্তি
দুবাইতে ভারতীয় দম্পতিকে খুনের ঘটনায় এক পাকিস্তানি নাগরিকের মৃত্যুদন্ডের আদেশ দেওয়া হয়েছিল।এবার সেই আদেশের বিরুদ্ধে আপিল করেও শেষরক্ষা হল না। দুবাইতে কাজ করা পাকিস্তানের নির্মাণকর্মীর বিরুদ্ধে মৃত্যুদন্ডের আদেশই বহাল রাখল দুবাইয়ের আদালত।
২০২০ সালে দুবাইতে বসবাসকারী ভারতীয় দম্পতি হীরেন আদিয়া এবং তাঁর স্ত্রী বিধিকে খুন করে ওই ব্যক্তি। ঘটনায় দোষীও সাবস্ত্য হয় সে। তবে সাজা হিসেবে মৃত্যুদন্ডের বিরুদ্ধে আপিল জানালেও তা খারিজ করল দুবাই আদালত।
