Enemy Properties In West Bengal: রাজ্যে দখল হয়ে যাওয়া শত্রু সম্পত্তি পনুরুদ্ধার করতে উদ্যোগী সরকার, কেন্দ্রের রিপোর্টে চাঞ্চল্যকর তথ্য

রাজ্যে দখল হয়ে যাওয়া শত্রু সম্পত্তি পনুরুদ্ধার করতে সরকার উদ্যোগী হয়েছে। গোটা রাজ্যে এমন পাঁচশোটির বেশি শত্রু সম্পত্তি (Enemy Properties In West Bengal) দখলদারদের হাত চলে গিয়েছে। তার মধ্যে ৪৯টি সম্পত্তি দখলমুক্ত করে সরকারের হাতে ফেরানোর উদ্যোগ শুরু হয়েছে। কেন্দ্রীয় স্বরাষ্ট্রমন্ত্রক এরাজ্যের শত্রু সম্পত্তিগুলির পরিস্থিতি খতিয়ে দেখতে সম্প্রতি এক সমীক্ষা করে। সেখানেই এই তথ্য উঠে এসেছে বলে জানা গেছে । ওই সমীক্ষা অনুযায়ী, এরাজ্যে মোট ৪ হাজার ৩৭৬টি শত্রু সম্পত্তির হদিস মিলেছে।এর মধ্যে ৪ হাজার ৩২০টি সম্পত্তি পাকিস্তানের, বাকিগুলি চীনের। এই সম্পত্তিগুলির মধ্যে ৫৩৬টি বেআইনি দখলে চলে গিয়েছে বলে সমীক্ষায় উঠে এসেছে । এখনও পর্যন্ত তাদের মধ্যে ৪৯টি সম্পত্তি বা বাড়ি খালি করার জন্য নোটিস দেওযা হয়েছে।

No enemy property in has been sold in the past three years. However, lease rent to the tune of Rs. 69.72 lakhs have been collected during the last three years in respect of enemy property situated in West Bengal

MHA data has revealed that out of the total 4,376 enemy properties in West Bengal, over 500 of them are encroached by illegal occupants and the authorities initiated eviction proceedings only in cases of 49 such assets so far. https://t.co/UyBPjvRF1Q
