ধ্বংসস্তুপের নীচে ২ থেকে ৩ জনের চাপা পড়ার খবর মিলেছে
উত্তরাখন্ডের তেহরি জেলায় ভূমিধ্বস। ধ্বংসস্তুপের নীচে আটকে পড়ার আশঙ্কা ২ থেকে ৩ জন শিশুর। ঘটনাস্থলে উদ্ধার কার্যের জন্য পৌছেছে এসডিআরএফের টিম। জেসিবির সাহায্যে ধ্বংসস্তুপ সরানোর কাজ চলছে। প্রবল বৃষ্টির জেরে ভূমিধ্বসের পরিমান অনেকাঁশেই বেড়েছে পাহাড়ি এলাকা জুড়ে। যার ফলে বাড়ছে মৃত্যুর সংখ্যাও।
হিমাচল প্রদেশের সিমলায় ভূমিধ্বসের জেরেও প্রাণ হারিয়েছেন অনেকেই। সেখানেও চলছে উদ্ধারকাজ। বর্ষার সময় বৃষ্টির জেরে ব্যাপক ক্ষতিগ্রস্থ হয়েছে পাহাড়ের এই এলাকাগুলি। কেন্দ্রীয় সরকারের তরফে সাহায্যের কথা ঘোষণা করা হয়েছে পাহাড়ের এই এলাকাগুলিকে পুনরায় আগেরর অবস্থায় ফিরিয়ে আনার জন্য।।
