দেবভূমি যেন বিপন্ন। যোশামঠ (Joshimath) যখন ডুবতে শুরু করেছে, তখন কর্ণপ্রয়াগ, তেহরি জেলার একাধিক বাড়িতেও ফাটল দেখা দিতে শুরু করেছে। যা নিয়ে গোটা উত্তরাখণ্ড (Uttarakhand) নিয়ে কার্যত আতঙ্ক ছড়িয়েছে। উত্তরাখণ্ডের একাধিক জায়গার বাড়িতে যখন ফাটল ধরতে শুরু করেছে, সেই সময় নরসিংহ মন্দিরে পুজো দিলেন মুখ্যমন্ত্রী পুস্কর সিং ধামি। তিনি বলেন, রাজ্যে যে জটিল অবস্থা তৈরি হয়েছ, তা যাতে শিগগিরই কেটে যায়, সে বিষয়ে ঈশ্বরের কাছে প্রার্থনা করেছেন তিনি। শুধু তাই নয়, আর্থিক সাহায্যের মাধ্যমে যাতে দুর্গতদের পাশে দাঁড়ানো যায়, সর্বান্তকরণে সেই চেষ্টা করা হচ্ছে বেলও জানান উত্তরাখণ্ডের মুখ্যমন্ত্রী।
