ছেলের খুনের পর সূচনা (Suchana Seth) কীভাবে গোয়া থেকে বেঙ্গালুরুর (Bengaluru) দিকে পাড়ি দেয়, সে বিষয়ে এবার মুখ খুললেন গাড়ি চালক। রণজয় ডিসুজা নামে গোয়ার ওই গাড়ি চালক সেদিনের ঘটনার পুঙ্খানুপুঙ্খ বিবরণ দেন। তিনি বলেন, ক্যান্ডোলিম থেকে কর্ণাটকের (Karnataka) চিত্রদুর্গ পর্যন্ত সূচনা একেবারে চুপ ছিল। তার মুখে কোনও কথা শোনা যায়নি। গোয়া পুলিশের ফোন পেয়ে তিনি প্রথম হকচকিয়ে গিয়েছিলেন বলে জানান রণজয়। এরপর অনেক খোঁজ করে ৫ কিলোমিটারের মধ্যে একটি থানা খুুঁজে পান। থানায় গেল, সেখানে কেন বলে প্রশ্ন করে সূচনা। গোয়া (Goa) পুলিশের নির্দেশেই রণজয় থানায় এসেছেন বলে জানালে, সূচনা একটি মাত্র শব্দ উচ্চারণ করে। ওকে বলে ফের চুপ হয়ে যায়। এরপর সূচনাকে ব্যাগ খোলার কথা বলে পুলিশ। সূচনা ব্যাগ খুললে, সেখানে প্রথমে খেলনা এবং জামা কাপড়ের আস্তরণ চোখে পড়ে। পরে শিশুর দেহ দেখতে পায় পুলিশ। এই মৃতদেহ কার বলে প্রশ্ন করলে, তার ছেলে বলেও পুলিশকে জানায় সূচনা।
