আজ নতুন দিল্লিতে আয়োজিত হয়েছিল 'সাগরমন্থন' নামের একটি অনুষ্ঠান। সেই অনুষ্ঠানে ভাষণ দিতে গিয়ে প্রধানমন্ত্রী নরেন্দ্র মোদী বলেন যে একটি অবাধ, উন্মুক্ত এবং সুরক্ষিত মেরিটাইম নেটওয়ার্কের জন্য ভারতের দৃষ্টিভঙ্গি সারা বিশ্বে সম্প্রতি অনুরণিত হচ্ছে। মোদী নতুন দিল্লিতে সাগরমন্থন, দ্য ওশানস ডায়ালগ সফলভাবে আয়োজনের জন্য বন্দর, নৌপরিবহন এবং জলপথ মন্ত্রকের প্রচেষ্টার প্রশংসা করার সময় এই কথা বলেন। তিনি বলেন যে সাগরমন্থনের সাফল্য মানবতার জন্য একটি সমৃদ্ধ ভবিষ্যতের জন্য অংশীদারিত্বের জন্য ঐকমত্য গড়ে তুলবে।মোদী বলেন যে সাগরমন্থন যা আজ শেষ হয়ে যাবে তবে এর উদ্দেশ্য- ভবিষ্যতের এবং বৃদ্ধির জন্য দৃষ্টিভঙ্গি প্রসারিত করার জন্য ধারণা এবং বিশেষজ্ঞের অন্তর্দৃষ্টি বিনিময়কে উত্সাহিত করা।
