Cargo Traffic On National Waterways: ২০২৪-২৫ অর্থবর্ষে দেশে জাতীয় জলপথ পণ্যপরিবহন বৃদ্ধি ২০.৮৬ শতাংশ, জানাল মন্ত্রক
দেশে জাতীয় জলপথ পণ্যপরিবহন ক্ষেত্রে সর্বোচ্চ্ উচ্চতায় পৌঁছেছে। জলপথে এই বছর ১৪.৫৫ কোটি টন পণ্য পরিবহণ হয়েছে। বন্দর, জাহাজ চলাচল ও জলপথ মন্ত্রক এক বিবৃতিতে গতকাল জানিয়েছে, গত আর্থিক বছরের বার্ষিক বৃদ্ধি ২০.৮৬ শতাংশ বৃদ্ধি পেয়েছে।জলপথে পণ্য পরিবহণ চক্রবৃদ্ধি হারে এর মতো জলপথে দেশে মোট পণ্য পরিবহণের ৬৮ শতাংশ জলপথে হয়ে থাকে এর মধ্যে রয়েছে কয়লা, লৌহ আকরিক, বালি এবং ফ্লাই অ্যাশ।
