মানেকা গান্ধী বলেন, "এই চার বছরে, ভারত থেকে 11 লাখ মানুষ চাকরির জন্য বিদেশে গিয়েছেন। যদি কখনও বিদেশে যেতে চান, তাহলে আপনার ইংরেজি খুব ভালোভাবে জানা উচিত। উত্তরপ্রদেশে এই ইংরেজি ঠিকমতো শেখানো হয় না।"
