গুলাম নবি আজাদের নতুন দল ডেমোক্রেটিক আজাদ পার্টি।
রাজনৈতিক জীবনের শুরু থেকেই কংগ্রেসের সঙ্গে ছিলেন। গত ২৬ অগাস্ট কংগ্রেস ত্যাগ করেন প্রবীণ নেতা তথা রাজনীতিক গুলাম নবি আজাদ। তখনই ইঙ্গিত দিয়েছিলেন অন্য দলে যাওয়ার। আজ জম্মু ও কাশ্মীরে (Jammu & Kashmir) সেই দলের নাম ঘোষণা করলেন তিনি। নতুন রাজনৈতিক দল, ডেমোক্রেটিক আজাদ পার্টি।
