Onion Exports: আগামী বছরের মার্চ মাস পর্যন্ত পেঁয়াজ রপ্তানি নিষিদ্ধ করল ভারত সরকার
আবহাওয়ার কারণে চলতি বছর খরিফ মরসুমে পেঁয়াজ চাষ দেরিতে হয়েছে।
কলকাতা: ক্রমাগত দাম বৃদ্ধি হচ্ছে পেঁয়াজ (Onion)-এর। নিত্যপ্রয়োজনীয় এই সবজির দাম বৃদ্ধির জেরে কার্যত চাপে পড়ছেন আমজনতা। সম্প্রতি কেন্দ্রের উপভোক্তা মন্ত্রক দাবি করে, আবহাওয়ার কারণে চলতি বছর খরিফ মরসুমে পেঁয়াজ চাষ দেরিতে হয়েছে। ফলে এই ফসল বাজারে আসতেও দেরি হচ্ছে। ফলনও প্রয়োজনের তুলনায় কম হয়েছে। এদিকে সংরক্ষিত রবি শস্যের পেঁয়াজের স্টক কমে আসছে। ফলে সরবরাহের ক্ষেত্রে সমস্যা দেখা গিয়েছে। তবে সেই সমস্যা দূর করতে ভারত সরকার ২০২৪ সালের মার্চ পর্যন্ত পেঁয়াজ রপ্তানি (Onion Exports) নিষিদ্ধ করেছে।
