SIR: বিশেষ নিবিড় সংশোধন ফর্ম দিতে গিয়ে পোষা কুকুরের আক্রমণের শিকার বিএলও
এনুমারেশন ফর্ম বিতরণ করতে গেলে বাড়ির মালিক ইচ্ছাকৃতভাবে পোষা কুকুরটিকে তাঁর ওপর ছেড়ে দেন বলে অভিযোগ বিএলওর।
নয়াদিল্লি: কেরলের (Kerala) কোট্টায়ামে একটি বাড়িতে বিশেষ নিবিড় সংশোধন (Special Intensive Revision)-এর ফর্ম দিতে গিয়ে পোষা কুকুরের আক্রমণের শিকার হলেন একজন বুথ লেভেল অফিসার (BLO)। ভুক্তভোগী দাবি করেন যে, এনুমারেশন ফর্ম বিতরণ করতে বাড়িতে গেলে বাড়ির মালিক ইচ্ছাকৃতভাবে পোষা কুকুরটিকে তাঁর ওপর ছেড়ে দেন।
