Assam: অসমের জঙ্গলে বন্য হাতির আক্রমণে মৃত্যু মহিলার
বন দফতরের এক কর্মকর্তা সূত্রে খবর, বনের মধ্যে আচমকা হাতির দলের সামনে এসে পড়েন ওই মহিলা। দুর্ভাগ্যবশত হাতির পদপিষ্ট হয়ে মৃত্যু হয়েছে ওই মহিলার।
অসমে ফের হাতির আক্রমনে মৃত্যু (Elephant Attack)। মঙ্গলবার অসমের গোয়ালপাড়া জেলার এক মহিলার বন্য হাতির আক্রমণে মৃত্যু হয়েছে। বন দফতরের এক কর্মকর্তা সূত্রে খবর, বনের মধ্যে আচমকা হাতির দলের সামনে এসে পড়েন ওই মহিলা। দুর্ভাগ্যবশত হাতির পদপিষ্ট হয়ে মৃত্যু হয়েছে ওই মহিলার। নির্দিষ্ট ওই এলাকায় হাতিদের মাঝেমধ্যেই যাতায়াত রয়েছে বলে জানিয়েছেন বন আধিকারিক।
A woman in #Assam's Goalpara district died after she was attacked by wild elephants on Tuesday, officials said.
According to the officer, the elephants were moving in their regular trek and unfortunately the woman came before the herd.
