জাতীয় কন্যা শিশু দিবসে শুভেচ্ছা জানিয়েছেন প্রধানমন্ত্রী নরেন্দ্র মোদী। একটি সোশ্যাল মিডিয়া পোস্টে তিনি বলেছেন, সরকার শিক্ষা, প্রযুক্তি, দক্ষতা এবং স্বাস্থ্যসেবার মতো খাতগুলিতে মনোনিবেশ করেছে যা কন্যা শিশুর ক্ষমতায়নে অবদান রেখেছে। তিনি আরও বলেন, কন্যা শিশুর প্রতি যাতে কোনো বৈষম্য না ঘটে তা নিশ্চিত করতে সরকার সমানভাবে দৃঢ়প্রতিজ্ঞ। প্রধানমন্ত্রী কন্যা শিশুর ক্ষমতায়ন চালিয়ে যাওয়ার এবং তাদের জন্য বিস্তৃত সুযোগ নিশ্চিত করার জন্য সরকারের প্রতিশ্রুতি পুনর্ব্যক্ত করেছেন। তিনি বলেন যে সমস্ত ক্ষেত্রে কন্যা শিশুর কৃতিত্বের জন্য দেশ গর্বিত এবং তাদের কৃতিত্ব সবাইকে অনুপ্রাণিত করে।
