প্রসঙ্গত, পুজোর সময় অক্টোবরে ইউ পি আই-এর মাধ্যমে মোট ডিজিটাল লেনদেন হয়েছে ১২.১১ লাখ কোটি টাকা। মোট লেনদেনের সংখ্যা ছিল ৭৩০ কোটি। যেখানে সেপ্টেম্বরে UPI ভিত্তিক লেনদেনের সংখ্যা ছিল৬৭৮ কোটি। এবং এই মাধ্যমে লেনদেন হওয়া মোট অর্থের পরিমাণ ছিল ১১.১৬ লাখ কোটি টাকা।
বর্তমানে দেশে গুগল পে (Google Pay)ফোন পে(PhonePe), পেটিএম (Paytm)এর মতো অ্যাপের ব্যবহার বাড়ছে। রেকর্ড মাত্রায় লেনদেনের সাক্ষী থাকছে দেশ। এবার তারই পরিসংখ্যান প্রকাশ পেল একটি প্রতিবেদনে। জানা গেছে এই বছর ভারতে মফস্বল এবং গ্রামীণ দোকানগুলিতে ইউনিফাইড পেমেন্ট ইন্টারফেস বা ইউপিআই (UPI) লেনদেনের পরিমান বেড়েছে ৬৫০ শতাংশ।
