কংগ্রেস ছেড়ে বেরিয়ে এসে নিজের দল গড়ে বিজেপির সঙ্গে ঘনিষ্ঠতার ইঙ্গিত দিয়েছেন। এবার গুলাম নবি আজাদ (Ghulam Nabi Azad) নয়া সংসদ ভবনের উদ্বোধনে বিরোধী দলগুলির বয়কটের সিদ্ধান্তের সমালোচনা করলেন। কংগ্রেসে থেকে জম্মু-কাশ্মীরের মুখ্য়মন্ত্রী, কেন্দ্রীয় মন্ত্রী হওয়া গুলাম নবি আজাদ গত বছর দল ছাড়েন।
আজাদ বললেন, নতুন সংসদ ভবন তৈরি দ্রুত শেষ করার জন্য দেশের বিরোধীদের প্রধানমন্ত্রী নরেন্দ্র মোদীর প্রশংসা করা উচিত ছিল। উল্টে দেখি ওরা সরকারের সমালোচনা করছে। আমি নিজে রবিবার নতুন সংসদ ভবনের উদ্বোধনে উপস্থিত থাকবো।
