কষক আন্দোলনের আগে নিরাপত্তা ব্যবস্থা আটোসাঁটো করতে আগা ভাগে ব্যবস্থা নিতে শুরু করল হরিয়ানা। রাজ্যসরকারের পক্ষ থেকে বন্ধ করে দেওয়া হয়েছে পাঞ্জাবের সীমানা।এর পাশাপাশি বন্ধ করা হয়েছে মোবাইল এবং ইন্টারনেট পরিষেবাও।
আম্বালা, করুক্ষেত্র, ঝিন্দ, হিসার, ফতেহাবাদ, এবং সিসরা জেলায় ১৩ ফ্রেবরুয়ারী পর্যন্ত বন্ধ রাখা হবে পরিষেবা।
