গোপন সূত্রে খবর পেয়ে অবৈধ মাদক রাখার অপরাধে এক নাইজেরিয়ান মহিলা নাগরিককে গ্রেফতার করেছে মুম্বইয়ের রাজস্ব গোয়েন্দা অধিদপ্তর। গতকাল ডিআরআই মুম্বাই (Directorate of Revenue Intelligence) এর এক অভিযানে ওই নাইজেরিয়ান নাগরিককে অবৈধ মাদকসহ আটক করে পুলিশ। বাজেয়াপ্ত হওয়া মাদকের মূল্য আন্তর্জাতিক অবৈধ বাজারে প্রায় ৫ কোটি টাকা। এরপর ১৯৮৫ সালের এনডিপিএস আইনের (Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985) প্রাসঙ্গিক ধারা অনুসারে ওই মহিলাকে গ্রেপ্তার করে সংশ্লিষ্ট পুলিশ ।
