Centre's Message: সরকারি তহবিল থেকে উৎসবের উপহার দেওয়া যাবে না, কড়া বার্তা কেন্দ্রের
দীপাবলি বা অন্য কোনো উৎসবের উপলক্ষে সরকারি তহবিল থেকে উপহার কেনার জন্য টাকা খরচ করা যাবে না।
