সোমবার ভোরে ভারতীয় সময় ২.২৬ মিনিটে আন্দামান ও নিকোবর দ্বীপপুঞ্জের ক্যাম্পবেল উপসাগরের ২২০ কিমি উত্তরে কম্পন অনুভূত হয়।
রবিবারের পর আবারও কেঁপে উঠল আন্দামান ও নিকোবর দ্বীপপুঞ্জ। সোমবার ভোরে ভারতীয় সময় ২.২৬ মিনিটে আন্দামান ও নিকোবর দ্বীপপুঞ্জের ক্যাম্পবেল উপসাগরের ২২০ কিমি উত্তরে কম্পন অনুভূত হয়। ন্যাশনাল সেন্টার ফর সিসমোলজি অনুসারে, ভূমিকম্পের গভীরতা ছিল মাটির নিচে ৩২ কিলোমিটার। রিখটার স্কেলে সেই ভূকম্পের তীব্রতা ছিল ৪.৬ মাত্রার।কোনও প্রাণহানি বা সম্পত্তির ক্ষয়ক্ষতির খবর পাওয়া যায়নি।
