HC On Cow Slaughter: গো হত্যা মামলায় অভিযুক্তকে জামিন দিয়ে নিরপেক্ষ তদন্তের জন্য ডিজিপি-কে নির্দেশ আদালতের
এলাহাবাদ হাইকোর্ট জানাল, এই কাণ্ডের তদন্তে ঘটনাস্থলে মিছিল থেকে গরু বা তার মাংসের কিছুই উদ্ধার করতে পারেননি তদন্তকারী অফিসার।
উত্তরপ্রদেশে (Uttar Pradesh) এক গো হত্যা (Cow Slaughter) মামলায় চাঞ্চল্য়কর মোড়। এলাহাবাদ হাইকোর্ট জানাল, এই কাণ্ডের তদন্তে ঘটনাস্থলে মিছিল থেকে গরু বা তার মাংসের কিছুই উদ্ধার করতে পারেননি তদন্তকারী অফিসার। তিনি শুধু গোবর উদ্ধার করেছিলেন ঘটনাস্থল থেকে। ফলে আদালত জানায় গো হত্যা আইনে কাউকে গ্রেফতারের যুক্তি নেই।
