বিশ্বের বিভিন্ন দেশের বণিজ্যমন্ত্রীরা বহুপাক্ষিক বাণিজ্য ব্যবস্থার কার্যকলাপ মূল্যায়ন এবং বিশ্ব বাণিজ্য সংগঠনের ভবিষ্যৎ কর্মপন্থা চূড়ান্ত করতে এই সম্মেলনে উপস্থিত হয়েছেন।
বিশ্ব বাণিজ্য সংগঠন এর (WTO) ত্রয়োদশ মন্ত্রী পর্যায়ের সম্মেলন শুরু হচ্ছে আজ। সংযুক্ত আরব আমিরশাহীর আবু ধাবিতে নির্ধারিত এই সম্মেলন চলবে ২৯-শে ফেব্রুয়ারী পর্যন্ত। বিশ্বের বিভিন্ন দেশের বণিজ্যমন্ত্রীরা বহুপাক্ষিক বাণিজ্য ব্যবস্থার কার্যকলাপ মূল্যায়ন এবং বিশ্ব বাণিজ্য সংগঠনের ভবিষ্যৎ কর্মপন্থা চূড়ান্ত করতে এই সম্মেলনে উপস্থিত হয়েছেন। আমিরশাহীর বৈদেশিক বাণিজ্য দপ্তরের মন্ত্রী ডঃ থানি বিন আহমেদ আল জেইউদি এই সম্মেলনের পৌরহিত্য করবেন। সম্মেলনে ভারতীয় প্রতিনিধি দলের নেতৃত্ব দিচ্ছেন বাণিজ্য ও শিল্প মন্ত্রী পীযূষ গোয়েল।
