সমুদ্র নিয়ে গবেষণা করা এক সংস্থার সাম্প্রতিক তথ্য বলছে, সমুদ্র ঠিক কতটা উষ্ণ হয়েছে, তা 'গ্রেট ব্যারিয়র রিফ'-প্রমাণ করছে। এভাবে তাপমাত্রা বাড়তে থাকলে মানব সভ্যতার কাছে মহাসঙ্কট নেমে আসতে পারে।
