নৌবাহিনী জানিয়েছে, পি-৩সি টহল বিমানটি দক্ষিণ-পূর্বাঞ্চলীয় শহর পোহাং থেকে দুপুর ১:৪৩ মিনিটে ওড়া শুরু করে, কিন্তু এখনও পর্যন্ত অনির্দিষ্ট কারণে মাটিতে পড়ে যায়। বিমানটিতে থাকা চারজনের সন্ধানে এবং কেন এটি ভেঙে পড়ল তা নির্ধারণের জন্য নৌবাহিনী তদন্ত করছে। সাধারণ মানুষের হতাহতের কোনও খবর পাওয়া যায়নি।
