আমেরিকার (US) ওকলাহমা (Oklahoma) থেকে উঠে এল একটি ভয়ঙ্কর ভিডিয়ো। যেখানে বন্দিদের গাড়ি ভেঙে এক ব্য়ক্তিকে রাস্তায় ঝুলতে দেখা যায়। ওকলাহমার রাস্তা দিয়ে যখন বন্দিদের গাড়ি যেতে শুরু করে, সেই সময় এক ব্যক্তির কাণ্ডকারখানা দেখে, সেখানে আরও বেশি করে পুলিশ মোতায়েন করা হয়।
ভিডিয়োতে দেখা যায়, ওই বন্দি গাড়ির কাঁচ ভেঙে ঝুলতে শুরু করেছে। গাড়ির ভিতর থেকে জানলা ভেঙে, গায়ের পোশাক খুলে রাস্তায় ঝুলতে দেখা যায় সংশ্লিষ্ট বন্দিকে। এমন দৃশ্য চোখে পড়ার পরপরই আরও বেশি করে সেখানে পুলিশ মোতায়েন করা হয়। সেই সঙ্গে জোর করে ওই বন্দিকে গাড়ির ভিতরে নিয়ে যাওয়া হয়।
কেন ওই বন্দি মাঝ রাস্তায় এমন ব্যবহার করল, তা নিয়ে ধ্বন্দ ছড়িয়েছে। তবে নিয়ম মেনেই ওই বন্দির স্থানান্তর এক জেল থেকে অন্যত্র করা হচ্ছিল বলে কর্তৃপক্ষের তরফে জানানো হয়।
