ইউক্রেনে (Ukraine) হামলা চালানোর পর রাশিয়ার (Russia) উপর অর্থনৈতিক নিষেধাজ্ঞা চাপানোো হয়েছে পশ্চিমী দেশগুলির তরফে। ইউরোপীয় ইউনিয়ন এবং আমেরিকা একযোগে রাশিয়ার উপর অর্থনৈতিক নিষেধাজ্ঞা চাপানোর জেরে এবার ইউরোপ ছাড়তে হল রুশ সাবারব্যাঙ্কের। রাশিয়া ইউক্রেনে হামলা চালানোর পর থেকেই সাবারব্যাঙ্কের আর্থিক হাল খারাপ হতে শুরু করে ইউরোপে (Europe) । এরপরই ইউরোপে নিজেদের ঝাঁপ বন্ধ করার সিদ্ধান্ত নেয় এই রুশ ব্যাঙ্ক।
