ইজরায়েল সঙ্গে হামাসের যুদ্ধের জেরে এবার শুনশান জেরুজালেম। ইজরায়েলে সম্প্রতি অতর্কিতে হামলা চালায় হামাস জঙ্গি গোষ্ঠী। যার জেরে হামসা অধিকৃত গাজার উপর পালটা হামলা চালায় ইজরায়েল। ভয়াবহ যুদ্ধের প্রবাবে ইতিমধ্যেই ২ তরফের ১৬০০ মানুষের মৃত্যু হয়েছে। আহত বহু। ইজরায়েলের সঙ্গে হামাসের যুদ্ধের জেরে ফাঁকা হয়ে গেল জেরুজালেম। ঘরবাড়ি ছেড়ে জেরুজালেম থেকে মানুষ পালাতে শুরু করেছেন। যে কোনও সময় জেরুজালেমের উপর হামলা চালাতে পারে হামাস, েসই আতঙ্ক থেকেই ইজরায়েলের রাজধানী শহর ছেড়ে সাধারণ মানুষ পালাতে শুরু করেছে। ফলে জেরুজালেম কার্যত ভূতুড়ে শহরে পরিণত হয়েছে।
