করোনা ভাইরাস আতঙ্ক শেষ করে পুরনো ছন্দে ফিরল হংকং। করোনা শুরুর পর থেকে এই প্রথম মাস্ক আর বাধ্যতামূলক থাকল না হংকংয়ে। প্রায় হাজার দিন পর সেখানের আর কোথাও মাস্ক পরা বাধ্যতামূলক থাকছে না। গত বছর জুলাইয়ের দিকে হংকংয়ে করোনার ঢেউ তুঙ্গে উঠেছিল।
ক মাস আগেও আতঙ্ক তৈরি হয়েছিল, কোভিডকে ঘিরে। কিন্তু এখন সেসব আর নেই। বাণিজ্যনগরীতে তাই মুখ না ঢেকেই বের হওয়ার অনুমতি দিল সে দেশের স্বাস্থ্যবিভাগ।
