বন্য প্রাণীদের মধ্যে এভিয়ান ফ্লু-তে আক্রান্ত হওয়ার প্রবণতা বেড়ে চলায় সোমবার ব্রাজিল কৃষিমন্ত্রী কার্লোস খাবারো এই সংক্রান্ত একটি আদেশপত্রে স্বাক্ষর করেছেন।
