রাজ্য স্বাস্থ্য দফতরের সূত্র অনুসারে, গত বছর রাজ্যে ডেঙ্গিতে আক্রান্ত হয়েছিল ৬৬,০০০। এইবার বছর শেষ হওয়ার তিন সপ্তাহ আগে বঙ্গে ডেঙ্গি আক্রান্তের সংখ্যা ছাড়িয়েছে ৯৮,০০০। এইবারের সংখ্যা উল্লেখযোগ্যভাবে বেশি।
West Bengal Dengue Cases: নভেম্বরের শুরুতে রাজ্যে ডেঙ্গি আক্রান্তের সংখ্যা ছিল ৯০ হাজার ছুঁইছুঁই। আক্রান্তের সংখ্যা যে হারে পাল্লা দিয়ে বাড়ছিল তাতে বিশেষজ্ঞরা অনুমান করেছিলেন বছর শেষে সংখ্যাটা ১ লক্ষের গণ্ডি বার করে যাবে। সেই চিত্রই এবার স্পষ্ট হল। বছর শেষ হওয়ার তিন সপ্তাহ আগে বঙ্গে ডেঙ্গি আক্রান্তের সংখ্যা ছাড়িয়েছে ৯৮,০০০। রাজ্য স্বাস্থ্য দফতরের সূত্র অনুসারে, গত বছর রাজ্যে ডেঙ্গিতে আক্রান্ত হয়েছিল ৬৬,০০০। সেই তুলনায় এইবারের সংখ্যা উল্লেখযোগ্যভাবে বেশি। রাজ্যের মাত্রাছাড়া ডেঙ্গি পরিস্থিতি নিয়ে শুরু থেকেই মুখে কুলুপ এঁটেছে প্রশাসন।
