খেলো ইন্ডিয়া গেমস-এর উদ্বোধন করেন মধ্যপ্রদেশের মুখ্যমন্ত্রী শিবরাজ সিং চৌহান (Shivraj Singh Chouhan)। এই সময় অমরকণ্টক মশালের সূচনা করেন মুখ্যমন্ত্রী।
ইন্দোর এবং মধ্যপ্রদেশের আরও সাতটি শহর প্রায় ৬ হাজার খেলোয়াড় এবং ক্রীড়াবিদদের নিয়ে শুরু হচ্ছে 'খেলো ইন্ডিয়া ইয়ুথ গেম ২০২৩' (Khelo India Youth Games 2023)। মোট ২৩টি খেলায় অংশ নেবে তারা সব। খেলো ইন্ডিয়া গেমস-এর উদ্বোধন করেন মধ্যপ্রদেশের মুখ্যমন্ত্রী শিবরাজ সিং চৌহান (Shivraj Singh Chouhan)। এই সময় অমরকণ্টক মশালের সূচনা করেন মুখ্যমন্ত্রী। খেলোয়াড়দের দারুণ খেলার জন্য শুভেচ্ছা জানালেন কমনওয়েলথ গেমসে সোনা জয়ী ভারোত্তোলক সতীশ শিবলিঙ্গম (Sathish Sivalingam)। অর্জুন পুরস্কারপ্রাপ্ত সতীশ ২০১৪ এবং ২০১৮ সালে কমনওয়েলথ গেমসে সোনা জয় করেন। ২০১৬ সালের অলিম্পিকেও অংশগ্রহণ করেন তিনি।
