ভারতের প্রাক্তন অধিনায়ক সৌরভ গাঙ্গুলীকে আইসিসি পুরুষ ক্রিকেট কমিটির চেয়ারম্যান পদে পুনরায় নিয়োগ করা হয়েছে। তার দীর্ঘদিনের সতীর্থ ভিভিএস লক্ষ্মণ ও প্যানেলের সদস্য হিসেবে নির্বাচিত হয়েছেন।এর আগে ২০২১ সালে সৌরভ গাঙ্গুলীকে প্রথম কমিটির চেয়ারম্যান নিযুক্ত করা হয় । ৫২ বছর বয়সী ভারতের প্রাক্তন অধিনায়ক স্বদেশী অনিল কুম্বলের স্থলাভিষিক্ত হয়েছেন। যিনি তিন বছরের মেয়াদ পূর্ণ করার পর পদত্যাগ করেছেন।
