বৃহস্পতিবার রাতে মেসের সেই খাবার খেয়ে ১১ জন পড়ুয়া অসুস্থ হন। তড়িঘড়ি তাঁদের নিকটবর্তী হাসপাতালে নিয়ে যাওয়া হয়।
মুম্বইয়ে অনলাইন অর্ডার করা আইসক্রিমের মধ্যে মানুষের আঙুল মিলেছিল দিন কয়েক আগেই। সেই ঘটনায় তীব্র চাঞ্চল্য ছড়িয়েছিল। এরই মধ্যে বিহারের বাঙ্কারে (Banka) একটি সরকারি ইঞ্জিনিয়ারিং কলেজের ছাত্ররা তাঁদের হোস্টেল পরিবেশিত রাতের খাবারের মধ্যে থেকে উদ্ধার করল একটি সাপের টুকরো। মেসের খাবারে সাপের দেহাংশ মিলতেই ছাত্রদের মধ্যে আতঙ্কের সঞ্চার হয়েছে। বৃহস্পতিবার রাতে মেসের সেই খাবার খেয়ে ১১ জন পড়ুয়া অসুস্থ হন। তড়িঘড়ি তাঁদের নিকটবর্তী হাসপাতালে নিয়ে যাওয়া হয়।
