দীপাবলির আগে কি ফের দুর্যোগ বাংলায়? সেই আশঙ্কাতে শীলমোহর দিল বিশাখাপত্তনম ঘূর্ণিঝড় সতর্কীকরণ কেন্দ্রের পরিচালক সুনন্দা দেবী। তিনি জানান দক্ষিণ আন্দামান সাগরের উপর তৈরি হওয়া ঘূর্ণাবর্ত সরে গিয়ে এখন উত্তর আন্দামান সাগরের উপর অবস্থান করছে। এর প্রভাবে, আগামী ৪৮ ঘন্টার মধ্যে দক্ষিণ-পূর্ব এবং পূর্ব-মধ্য বঙ্গোপসাগরে একটি নিম্নচাপ তৈরি হতে পারে। তবে বাংলায় নিম্নচাপের কতটা প্রভাব পড়তে পারে সেই বিষয় এখনও স্পষ্ট করে কিছু জানাননি আবহবিদরা।
