তীব্র গরমে যখন দিল্লি (Delhi) ফুটছে, সেই সময় জলের আকাল দেখা দিল ভারতের (India) রাজধানী শহরে। জলের আকাল শুরু হলে, বৃহস্পতিবার দিল্লির রঙ্গপুরী গ্রামের মানুষ বিক্ষোভ দেখাতে শুরু করেন। রঙ্গপুরীর বাসিন্দাদের অভিযোগ, গরম পড়তে না পড়তেই গোটা এলাকায় জলের আকাল শুরু হয়েছে। জলের জন্য তাঁরা অর্থ ব্যায় করতে রাজি। সে কথা তাঁরা সরকারকে জানিয়েছেন। তা সত্ত্বেও সরকার তাঁদের জলের অভাব মেটাতে কোনও কাজ করছে না বলে অভিযোগ করা হয়।
